ResinRiva (“we”, “the studio”) operates store.bhavyagondaliya.co.in. This page explains what information we collect when you use the website and how we handle it. The short version: we collect only what we need to craft and deliver your order, and we never sell it.
What we collect
Order and inquiry details. When you place a WhatsApp order, use the custom-order form or the contact form, we store the details you provide: your name, phone number, optional email address, your customisation selections, any notes, and links to reference images you upload. We use this solely to discuss, craft and deliver your commission.
Reference images. Files you upload are stored on Vercel Blob, a cloud storage service, and are reachable only via long, unguessable links included in your order. Ask us at any time to delete them once your piece is delivered.
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics service that records anonymous page views and performance metrics. It does not identify you personally and does not track you across sites.
What we don’t do
There are no customer accounts, no passwords and no payment processing on this website — payments are arranged person-to-person after your order is confirmed on WhatsApp. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone except the courier services needed to deliver your piece.
Conversations on WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. The order summary your browser pre-fills is only sent to us when you press send inside WhatsApp.
How long we keep things
Inquiry records are kept so we can honour aftercare, refinishing and repeat orders. If you’d like your details or images removed, message us on WhatsApp or email gondaliyabhavya70960@gmail.comand we’ll delete them within 30 days.
Your rights

Changes
