Terms of Service

These terms apply to commissions and purchases from ResinRiva. Placing an order on WhatsApp after using this website means you agree with them. They’re written to be read — if anything is unclear, ask us before ordering.

1. How ordering works

This website does not process payments and has no checkout. You build an order summary (product, customisations, reference images, your details) which opens in WhatsApp. An order exists only once we have confirmed the design, price and timeline with you in chat and received the agreed advance.

2. Pricing

Price ranges shown on the website are indicative. Your final quote depends on size, complexity, materials and finish, and is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before production. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

3. Made-to-order & approvals

Every piece is made for you. We share a design sketch before pouring and finish photographs before dispatch — production continues only after your approval at each step. Resin is a hand-poured material: minor variations in colour flow, flake placement and bubbles are part of the craft, not defects.

4. Timelines

Typical timelines are listed per product and confirmed with your quote. Cures cannot be rushed; where a delay arises on our side we’ll tell you early and agree a new date. Preservation work depends on flowers reaching us in usable condition within 3–5 days of the event.

5. Cancellations & changes

You may cancel free of charge any time before design approval. After pouring begins, the advance covers materials and time and is non-refundable. Small changes (lettering, hardware) are free before approval; structural changes may re-quote.

6. Delivery & damage

We ship across India via insured courier in foam-fitted packaging, or you can collect from the studio. Please video the unboxing: in the rare case of transit damage, share it with us within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair or remake the piece at no cost.

7. Returns

Because each piece is personalised, made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged in transit or materially different from the approved design. Aftercare, buffing guidance and paid refinishing are available for the life of the piece.

8. Your content

You confirm that names, photographs and designs you send us are yours to use. We may photograph finished commissions for our portfolio and social media — tell us if you’d prefer yours stays private, and it will.

9. Intellectual property

Designs, photography and text on this website belong to ResinRiva. Please don’t reproduce them commercially without permission.
