Forty hours of making, most of them spent waiting well. Here is exactly what happens between your first message and the courier at your door.

The four phases.
01
day 0
Consult on WhatsApp
You send the idea — a product from the shop or something entirely custom, with reference photos and notes. We reply with options, honest pricing and a timeline.
02
days 1–2
Design & approve
We sketch your piece at full scale: lettering placement, colour seams, flake density. Nothing is mixed until you approve the drawing in chat.
03
days 2–10
Pour & cure
Pigments are layered pour by pour, each needing the previous half-cured. Then the piece rests under a dust cover — the stage that cannot be rushed, ever.

final days
Finish & deliver
Five grits of sanding, flame polish, hardware, and your approval photos before anything ships. Insured courier across India, foam-fitted boxes.

aftercare
Caring for your piece.
- Keep it out of direct sun. Ambient light makes resin glow; full afternoon sun ages any resin.
- Dust with a dry microfibre cloth. Skip spray polishes and alcohol cleaners — they haze the gloss.
- Stay under 60°C. Trays and coasters take warm cups happily, never pans off the stove.
- Scratches happen — we fix them. Message us and we’ll talk you through a buff or refinish it in-studio.
