Cancellation & Refunds

Every piece we make is personalised and made to order, so our policy balances two things: you should never pay for work that hasn’t started, and work that has started can’t go back on a shelf. Here is exactly how that works.

Cancelling an order

Before design approval — free.You can cancel any time before you approve the design sketch, and any advance you’ve paid is refunded in full.

After crafting begins — advance is retained.Once pouring, printing or preservation work starts, your advance covers materials already used and studio time, and is non-refundable. We’ll always tell you on WhatsApp before we begin, so this moment is never a surprise.

After dispatch — cancellation isn’t possible, but the damage protection below still applies.

Changing your mind vs. changing the design

Small changes — lettering, hardware, hanging style — are free before design approval. Structural changes (size, shape, a different base design) may be re-quoted. Neither counts as a cancellation.

Returns & exchanges

Because each piece is custom-made with your names, dates, flowers or designs, finished pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except when:

  • the piece arrives damaged in transit, or
  • the piece is materially different from the design you approved.

Hand-poured resin naturally varies — minor differences in colour flow, flake placement and tiny bubbles are part of the craft, not defects (see our Terms of Service).

Transit damage — how a claim works

  1. Record a video while unboxing (this is why we ask — it makes claims instant and argument-free).
  2. Send the video and photos to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We’ll first offer to repair, then remake the piece at no cost — including shipping both ways. If neither is possible, we’ll refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Where a refund is due, it’s returned to the same account or UPI ID you paid from, within 7–10 business daysof our confirmation on WhatsApp. We’ll send you a confirmation message once it’s initiated.

What isn’t covered

  • Change of mind after crafting has begun or after delivery.
  • Damage from misuse, drops, prolonged direct sunlight or chemical cleaners — aftercare guidance is on our Process page, and we offer paid refinishing for the life of the piece.
  • Delays or quality issues caused by preservation flowers reaching us late or in poor condition — we’ll always assess and tell you honestly before starting.
