Shipping & Delivery

Every ResinRivapiece is made to order, so “delivery time” has two parts: the crafting timeline (listed on each product page and confirmed with your quote on WhatsApp) and the transit time once your finished piece leaves the studio. This page covers both.

Crafting timelines

Typical production windows are shown on every product page — most resin work takes 2–6 weeks because pours and cures cannot be rushed; 3D-printed pieces are usually ready in 1–2 weeks. Preserved-flower keepsakes depend on your flowers reaching us in usable condition, ideally within 3–5 days of the event. Your exact timeline is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before we begin, and we send finish photographs for your approval before anything is dispatched.

Where we ship

We ship across India via reputed, insured courier partners. International shipping is possible for selected pieces — message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we’ll quote it case by case; any customs duties or import taxes are borne by the recipient.

Packaging

Resin and 3D-printed pieces travel in foam-fitted, double-walled boxes that we pack ourselves at the studio. Fragile and large-format work (clocks, wall art, large nameplates) gets additional corner protection and “fragile” handling labels.

Shipping charges

Charges depend on size, weight and destination and are confirmed as part of your written quote on WhatsApp — there are no hidden fees added later. Studio pickup is always free.

Transit times & tracking

Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 3–7 business days to metro cities and up to 10 business days for remote pin codes. We share the courier name and tracking number with you on WhatsApp on the day of dispatch, along with photographs of your finished piece and the sealed package.

Receiving your piece

Please record a video while unboxing. In the rare case of transit damage, send us the video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair or remake the piece at no cost — the full process is described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Studio pickup

You’re welcome to collect your piece from the studio in Surat, Gujarat, Indiaby appointment — just tell us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange a time.

Address changes & delays

You can change the delivery address free of charge any time before dispatch. If a delay arises on our side — courier disruptions, weather, or a cure that needs more time — we’ll tell you early and agree a new date rather than ship work that isn’t ready.
